WE DID NOT FIND ANY EVIDENCE OF WATER DAMAGE FROM RISING WATER, MY BEST GUESS IS WATER BLEW IN THROUGH THE A/C UNITS AND MAYBE AROUND THE WINDOWS. ALL FLUIDS WERE FREE OF WATER. 2 NEW BUS BATTERIES AND IT WAS RUNNING. 34008 ON THE ODOMETER CAR FAX BACKS UP THE MILES BUT SELLING IT EXEMPT AS THATS HOW IT WAS SOLD TO ME. HERE IS A LIST OF THINGS I HAVE CHECKED. . . GENSET FIRES RIGHT UP, HAS A LITTLE OVER 1000 HOURS RUNS AND WORKS PERFECT. INVERTER WORKS, HOUSE BATTERIES WERE DEAD THEY DID CHARGE UP BUT PROBABLY NEED REPLACEMENT. BOTH A/C UNITS WORK AND BLOW COLD AIR. THE REAR UNIT MAKES NOISE LIKE ITS GOT SOMETHING IN THE FAN. BOTH A/C COVERS NEED TO BE REPLACED AS THEY ARE BOTH CRACKED IN SEVERAL PLACES. SOFT SPOT IN THE BATHROOM FLOOR. THE ROOF IS IN GOOD SHAPE AND DOES NOT LEAK. THE TIRES ARE DRY ROTTED I COULD NOT READ THE DATE CODES. THE BUS IS OUT OF PROPANE SO I COULD NOT CHECK THE FURNACE THE FRIDGE FLASHES BETWEEN PROPANE AND A/C NOT SURE WHAT THAN MEANS. HAS WASHER DRYER, IT DID TURN ON NOT SURE IF IT WORKS OR LEAKS,. .
