Up for sale is a 31 foot Monaco rv travel trailer. Condition is nice inside, and pretty clean outside. Has ac and heat, both work. Hot water heater is fine, water system operates. Tanks are good, no leaks. Has one slide out, recently installed new seal, power slide out, and power hitch works. Refrigerator is gas, and gas stove, microwave, all work. Carpet is a little dated, linoleum is new in bathroom and entry way. Awning needs replaced, material is fraying. I’ve owned for 5 years and only used twice. Tires look good, but I’d recommend new before any trips. Has equalizer hitch, it’s in the side compartment. Will add pictures of inside.
