Swarthout Coaches has proudly served the Southern Tier and Central regions of New York State for the past 70 years. We have developed a strong reputation as a safe operator that provides a high level of hospitality for our customers; so when our vehicles are put up for sale, you can rest assured that you are getting a coach that has been fleet maintained, inspected by our professional maintenance team every 2500 miles and has been successfully enrolled in the NYS Bus Inspection program (NYS inspects our coaches every six months).Here are 3 vehicles that we have put up for sale as we are prepping for the arrival of their replacements.The first coach is a 2002 Prevost H345 that we have had in our fleet since its birth. It seats 56 and is powered by the ever faithful Detroit/Allison powertrain. We have all of her records, including the: final build sheet, a copy of the certificate of origin and maintenance records. Next are a pair of MCI "D" model coaches that seat 55 and are also powered by the Detroit/Allison powertrain.The first is a 2000 MCI 102DL3 (red) and she has been in our fleet since 2007. We purchased her from MCI and comes from a reputable mid-Atlantic operator that is in business for the past 35 years. We do not have the coach"s origination records but do have all of the maintenance records since entering our fleet.The second is a 2002 MCI D4500 (blue) and she has been in our fleet since 2009. We purchased her from Horizon Coach in Florida. We do not have the coach"s origination records but do have all of the maintenance records since entering our fleet.Sadly, as with virtually our entire industry - these buses have not been in revenue service since March 2020. We have maintained them, cycled them weekly and have driven 10-15 miles each week.If you are looking to add some well maintained coaches that are reasonably priced or are looking to get into the business with a modest investment, these very well may be the coaches that you need! Please note because they are used, they are being sold "as is/where is" with no warranty. However, we encourage you to schedule an appointment to come out and see them. .these are not run down coaches that have done commuter work, they are true charter coaches.Understanding the climate that we are in, the reserve is very low (lower than the average of similar aged coaches on eBay). However, we know the value of them and will not be giving them away. Clear titles are in hand and will be turned over when payment clears.
