No Reserve. Nice pop up. No leaks; tested air today (4/6/19) and blows cold and warm. Canvas is in good shape. Ive never used the propane stove. Comes with awning and table. Cushions and mattresses are in good shape. Used last September for 3 weeks on trip out west and has sat during winter so needs cleaned. Dont use enough to keep. Tires are good and comes with brand new spare tire. Easy tow and put up. Thanks for looking.
