International School Bus RV . This is registered as an RV. It is a 40ft. International school bus partially converted. Its the AmTran RE (rear engine) T444e, 5 Speed automatic, 7.3 liter Diesel with air brakes and air assist rear shocks. 1 air bag needs replacing (leaks) but does not affect brakes. It has 152,000 miles runs and drives nice. Hwy speed on flat land is maxed at about 76mph. Fuel economy is 8 - 9 miles per gallon. Has 2 new commercial batteries with room for a third. Front tires are like new and rear tires are very good with many miles left on them Front seat is air ride.
Inside has a sofa, (directly across) has an entertainment area set for up to a 50" tv. Has lots of shelf space and cabinet space. Kitchen counter is about 8ft long with added area for stove top. Sink is a three bay bar sink with plumbing hooked up. Has an on demand hot water heater. Stove and water heater on propane. Shower stall is installed but needs walls to finish. Also has a camper style porta potty. There is no holding tanks as this was being set up for complete hook ups at campgrounds The air conditioner on table mounts directly in window behind it. Refrigerator is old but works well. Shelving on side of frig for dry goods. Bed is framed for a queen size mattress. On side of bed is a shelving area made for computer use. Behind bed is a lot more shelf space. Bus is wired for a 30amp service. Height inside of bus is 72". (6"0")
I really hate to sell but out of work and bills must be paid. I can deliver within a 1000 mile radius if and when weather permits. (No snow or ice) Delivery fee is an additional $1.00 per mile. $600 deposit due within 24 hours of end of auction. Must be paid in full within 7 days. If picking up in person and within 7 days balance can be paid prior to pick up at pay pal or cash only at pick up. (NO CHECKS) If I deliver, all moneys must be paid in advance to pay pal including delivery fees. Mileage will be figured by Map Quest from zip code to zip code.
