Vehicle description

I"m listing my motorhome because we don"t have time to use it anymore. I"ve started the price low because the coach has a some issues that I don"t have the time to have fixed or mess with myself. I"ll list all the known issues here but I encourage you to inspect it if you area serious about placing a bid. This is sold as is. PROS: 300 Cat Diesel with Allison transmission. Both are solid with zero issues. Have been serviced regularly. ~74,000 miles. 95% highway7500 Onan quiet diesel generator. No issues ~1200 hoursRefrigerator had cooling unit replaces a few years back. Works well.En-motion tracking satellite dish.Slide operates in and out. Both A/C"s have been recently serviced and work well. New dual zone thermostat.Fuel guage, engine temp, and speedometer are accurate. The air ride and compressor function well. I drove this coach on the highway to its current location over 50 miles and it drove perfectly. I"ve never had a drivetrain issue with this coach. CONS: Has leak near the front right of coach and slide. Before I bought the coach someone installed laminate flooring and it is swelling from the moisture near the drivers seat and toilet. The subfloor beneath the flooring is solid. The roof is a solid aluminum roof and has no visible areas where a leak would occur. It must be at a seam on side. One of the fuse boxes under the drivers side front compartment shows damage from what appears to be overheating. (assuming this is causing the guage issue.)The slide awning was removed. The main awning needs repair but the fabric is not torn. The Tach, voltage and air gauges don"t currently work on the dash but most of those work in the added computer guage. The entry grab handle is damaged.During the recent freeze a fitting near the fresh water pump was found to be broken. The rest of the water system has not been tested. Feel free to contact me for location of the coach if you want to inspect it yourself.
