This super low mileage rv is in better condition than many other older rvs but no warranty is expressed or implied, you are welcome to have a professional inspection before bidding, these are the results of my personal inspection.Roof, replaced new in 2018.Tires, all have almost new tread , approximately 5 years old and newer.Beds, rear queen and living room sofa sleeper in good condition.Exterior, fiberglass has some minor repairs over the front as shown in the photos and some local areas of delamination that stopped when the roof was replaced.Upholstery, good condition, no rips or tears.Generator, starts and runs, supplies power as designed, has only 140 hours of run time.Living room slide out, operates as designed in both directions including awning.Bedroom slide out, operates as designed in both directions, may occasionally drift out an inch or so after closing.Water pump, operates.Microwave, operates.Toilet, operates.Flat screen tv in living room and bedroom, both operational with cable or almost any new hdtv antenna, not supplied.Drawers and closet doors, operate as designed.Clock, does not work .Water heater and furnace have not been tested but will test them before sale and note results in description .Engine, starts well, has slight miss when going up mountains, probably due to sitting unused but ran well on drive from Florida to Asheville last year.Transmission, operates as designed in forward and reverse.Brakes, safe sure operation .
