First Let me say I am selling this camper for a relative , I have been around campers of all types for many years, This camper was purchased around 2000 I have included the serial number. It was only used a hand full of times over the years and garage stored, Three years ago the camper was gone over as the owner was bored and needed a project, any screws or hardware that looked poor where replaced, a new kitchen counter and custom made oak cabinets, doors and floors where made and professional installed, costing over $3000.00. The camper has a water heater, outside shower , Propane Refrigerator , heater and is still winterized. This camper is in excellent condition and still looks like new , never smoked in , no pets . All canvas and windows are like new , NO Leaks or dents. it also has a side awning and four manual Jacks. This camper is built with aluminum tubing and is built for off road travel conditions and they are very popular is the western states with hunters and extreme off roaders. This camper today would cost over $25K I am being as accurate as possible , I have not tested any of the appliances but the owner said everything did work the last time of use.
