Good Condition Motorhome. Has new tires with less than 1K miles on it. Inside is clean and sleeps up to 6 people. Just replaced transmission and has less than 15 miles on it since. Also has a brand new fuel pump! (Had listed in December and realized fuel pump went out.) so replaced it prior to relisting. It is a 2000, so for being 18 years old, it isn"t new. It has its quirks for sure, but it is a rolling house. So you will need to do maintenance to it. Sitting in a dirt storage lot, so will need a good cleaning inside and out. It is 100% road ready. I"ve priced it below NADA considerably. With that here are the reasons: Items need replacing: 1) Hot water heater. ($400 on ebay) 2) Awning (21") is wind damaged but useable 3) Generator fuse went out. Generator runs just fine, but it does not power the House. (shore plug (30amp), works great 4) Roof needs to be resealed. Its been a few years and its time to take care of it again. Other than that, it is mechanically sound. No accidents. We have driven it pulling our 30 foot boat to the lake a bunch of times. However, we bought a cabin at the lake and no longer need this. Would be good as a home or for a traveling sports family.
