No reserve auction: 2000 Fleetwood Mallard 5th Wheel, 25 foot bunkhouse. Fleetwoods are literally the Cadillac of campers, very high quality from corner to corner! Everything functions as it should including Atwood 3-burner stove, hot water heater, and furnace, Dometic fridge, Airxcel Rooftop AC, Dometic awning. Stays cool in the spring and summer and warm in the fall and winter. Very well maintained by 2 previous owners and myself. There are 2 small soft areas in floor and some delamination in front, but no other issues. Queen size bed over cab, twin bunks in rear, jack knife sofa sleeper, and dinette can convert into a bed; sleeps 8-10 people. This is the perfect camper for the above average height person/people as the floor to ceiling height reaches 7"2! Brand new duralast deep cycle battery. All original manuals and service records included. Camper is located in Lansing, Michigan. I encourage interested parties to come check it out in person before placing a bid. There will be a 2.9 (US) or 4.4% (International) fee added to the final bid amount for any Paypal payment (except for the deposit) to cover the Paypal seller fee. RV is being sold As-Is and per Michigan law there are no refunds or returns on recreational vehicles. There will be a $1,000 non-refundable Paypal deposit due within 24 hours of auction close.
