It has two 30lb. auto switching propane tanks. Lots of exterior lighting and outlets as well as two outlets in the garage. The interior has a convertible 4 person dinette with storage underneath that and the convertible sofa. It sleeps 6, (2 above the garage and 4 in the main cabin). The stove is a 3 burner and both the oven and stove are propane. It has a microwave and Dometic electric/propane refrigerator/freezer. The bathroom has a separate shower and it"s own small sink and medicine cabinet. For heat there is a central propane furnace and cooling is a central roof mount electric unit that cools quickly. It has been covered for the last 8 yrs. but the exterior is starting to show it"s age though everything works and there are no leaks. The interior is excellent. Will consider delivery or some travel to meet the buyer depending on distance.
