Up for sale is our Coleman (Fleetwood) Grand Tour Series Bayside Popup Trailer. We are 2nd owner and we purchased this early 2002. Bought from an elderly couple who used less than 10 times and they paid over $12,000 new at the time. Our family of 5 camped many years in a row from the beach, Poconos, to northern Vermont, New Hampshire, & Maine. As time has gone by kids are grown and moved out so no need for us any more.
Hoping another young family can have as much fun as we did with it.

Roof A/C * Built in Propane Heater * Hot Water Heater (disconnected at present) * Small 3 way frig. * 3 Burner Stove * Lg. Bowl Sink * Water Tank w/water pump * Sleeps 6 (with Dining table folded down) * Slide Out for dining area *Interior Lighting * Front Trunk storage area for all misc. items need to camp
Best of all POWER LIFT to raise and lower roof.
Some of the +"s : Newer tires, New flooring (took out original vinyl) New DE tags 1 yr. Hitch Stabilizer, Porta Potty. Have all original paperwork and owners manuals. Extra Screen room to add on to awning outside. No canvas leaks that we are aware of. Has not been used in almost 2 years. Covered over winter. Heavy Duty one piece roof. Have carried kayaks on roof.
Some of the -"s : Had a unknown water leak. Had professional carpenter replace bad area of subfloor with pressure treated wood and add cross bracing. Covered with newer pergo type flooring from Home Depot. Had a small cabinet out that is mostly back in place. Also a small Hatch door need to be be reinstalled. (May have all this done by time of sale.) Water heater is bypassed and may need replacing. 12 volt battery is ok and holds charge but also may need replacing. Stepper door is dented some.
Would rate camper about 6.5-7 out of ten. Not perfect, has a few minor issues, needs deep cleaning, some scraped paint, a few handy man touches and good to go. Maybe a plumbing line replaced. Camper is 17 years and good for it"s age all things considered.
