2000 Fleetwood Mallard 29" Foot Model 27 5B with NO RESERVE! ! 5th wheel camper
I am the second owner and originally purchased to put some work into it and use as a second home but I have since moved out of the area and will no longer need it. It needs a good cleaning on the outside, as well as the inside and some of the flooring replaced but not too much work needs to be done to it to make it shine again! Sub flooring in the camper is fine and does not need to be replaced.
The carpeting in the queen bedroom area most definitely needs to be replaced. It is old and the carpeting does have an odor so that will need to be on the priority list for the buyer.
Please bare in mind that this is my first RV so I am far from a professional on them but outside of the flooring needing to be replaced and it needing to be cleaned, someone could easily live in it without any issues. I have had no issues out of this RV. The electric a/c blows ice cold, hot water heater works, water pump works, re-fridge and microwave works. Stereo works. No issues with the holding tank. I have NOT used the gas/gas system so I cannot attest to that but have not had any issues involving it.

Winning Bidder Instructions/Terms - Full amount due within 7 days of the end of the auction. $500 deposit via Pay Pal within 24 hours of close of auction. Total balance may be sent via direct deposit, wire, cashier"s check, money order or Pay Pal. If paying with Pay Pal, please note that the funds may be placed on a hold so I recommend, if using Pay Pal, that you pay via the invoice I send you so that there is no hold for me. The RV and/or title will not leave my possession until the funds have been transferred to my personal bank account. In the event contact is not made within 48-hours of the end of the auction and/or funds are not made by the specified times, I reserve the right to re-list the item. All funds rendered to me, according to Motors regulations are considered deposits until the buyer takes possession/transfers/removes item. Buyer (or buyer"s shipping company) has 15 days to pick up RV.
