| “This travel trailer is in good working condition, everything is in good working order, has one slide out couch that folds down to bed, two bunks in back, dinette table that folds down to bed, and one queen size bed, has custom storage shelfs built under bed and custom side night stand storage, has 30 gallon fresh water tank, 30 gallon grey water tank, and 30 gallon black water tank, A/C, stove, microwave, refridgerator, & large pantry cabinet,bathroom has toilet, sink & small tub. Awning fabric could be replaced but is in full working order with awning tape repairs, but still gets job done keeping dry underneath (see pics) newer tires, newer battery, has water tank heaters for cold weather camping. Ceiling wall paper has a few wrinkles in it from minor water leak by cieling air conditioner that has since been taken care of (see pic).This has been a good family camper & still has plenty of years left of camping in it” |
