.THESE ARE HARD TO FIND ESPECIALLY WITH LOW MILES AND EVERYTHING WORKING. .We are located in Glendale Near 83rd Ave & Glendale Ave. This comes with a clear Colorado Title. Signed and ready to go. . Here is the good and the bad of the van. Alot more good than bad. The van has low miles at just under 82,000 and the generator has low hrs at 325. The inside of the van is in 9/10 condition for it age. No rips or tears and there has not been any leaks. Everything in the van works including the Generator, AC, heat, refrigerator, Water, shower, toilet, etc. Runs like aa champ. .Now the few issues we want to point out. The paint is no great at all. As with alot of these, it has issues with peeling paint. There are some places that have are peeling and some places have been touched up. These is also some light dame and or repair to the fiberglass trim. Has some light rust but nothing major. All of this is shown in the last few photos. The tires are OK but I would replace them before taking a long trip. Also comes with alot of the original manuals.
