Camper is a used model. All the canvas and screens are in good condition. No tears. The AC/heat works fine. Everything is in good condition just has some water damage spots that need fixed or don"t. The crank cables are fine, go up and down with no problem. Has front storage box that needs side boards replaced. Main walking floor is solid. The place under the bench in far back corner, floor needs replaced. You tube videos show you how to fix. The roof doesn"t leak but needs a good coating of rubber sealent. Needs the main roof seal that goes around edge. Priced that at 140.00. tires stay aired up a couple days. Don"t have time to repair. Is still a good camper with a little TLC it would be a doozy. Pulls real good as well. Weighs 1961 pounds
