Vehicle description

We bought this RV in the fall of 2018 from auction. It had some lower part damage on the driver"s side. It has been fixed, but not painted yet. The XC chassis has 70k miles on it and is in good and VERY usable overall condition. For the last year I have done a lot of work on it, fixing some systems and replacing many parts. I have installed a brand new OEM radiator, expansion tank, water pump, belts and all filters plus oil change. The coolant system has been flushed and filled with Longlife coolant. Only original Caterpilar and Freightliner parts have been used. The price of this repairs alone in a RV shop would be north of $6k. A fuel additve has been used in every refill. The engine and the transmission are working excellent and are generally leak and trouble free. All 6 batteries have been replaced in the last year. I also installed 4x100w solar panels on the roof connected to a controller. With the 4 house batteries it allows for a long unhooked stays with just a few hours of generator use to charge the batteries. The roof is still ok, but there are a few spots on the ceiling indicating it has some leaks. However even in the heavy rain I was not able to find wet or flooded spots.
I have replaced the furnace blower motor, new Xantrex inverter/converter, most bulbs upgraded to LED, installed new awning and slide out cover, upgraded the speakers, installed new Pioneer headunit with Apple carplay, new wireless rearview camera, Winegard automatic satellite antenna, porch LED lighting and many other things I cant remember. Everything is in working order, the only thing I didnt have time to look at is the chassis AC.
The coach has an Onan 7500w diesel generator, 2 ducted roof AC units, water heater, furnace and everything works normal. There is some minor tear and wear inside, nothing major. On the outside the paint is peeling on many spots and there are some scratches and scrapes. The brackets for shocks on some of the cargo covers are broken and they will not stay open. There is a surface rust on the chassis, but everything is structurally sound. The brakes are in good condition, the tires have plenty of thread left.
This RV has the CAT 6 cylinder 330hp/Allisson 6 speed transmission combo that will virtually last forever. More important, it has no expensive to fix emission equipment and is smog exempt, even in California. This along with the great fuel economy is 1000s of dollars saved every year. With weight under 25,000 lbs and non hampered, emission free motor it would net anywhere between 7 and 9 mpg depending on the load, speed and the terrain. I cant describe every small flaw, dent, nick or scratch, consider it in 7 to 8 out of 10 condition with all systems functioning properly.
