Vehicle description
I purchased from original owner last year and job things changed and moving so need to sell. We used the unit 6-7 times last year and my wife and 2 kids had a blast traveling parts of Michigan. We cleaned everything before we used it to just know, like taking down curtains and dry cleaning, covers off couch and washing, it is nice!. Everything works and we were ready to prep for camping season but need to sell, don"t want it sitting/rotting. My timing is your gain, bid away folks!
Basics

fold down dining table (1 person) fold down couch (1 person) full kitchen - microwave, freezer/fridge (gas/elec) Onan Generator Awning Toilet and sink Shower stall
Bad Tires are good tread but on the list to replace, 7-8years old I think Replaced window in bedroom due to lead during storm. Repaired one there and have brand new one that will come with unit (that alone was ~$500). Some side delaminated, but everything is sealed.
Tank indicators aren"t so accurate but not uncommon, was drained and winterized last year. I just made sure empty every time we used.
Good Interior is in great shape - no rips or tears, no funny smells (non smoking for life)
Drives great on highway, 65-75mph, cruise control works Generator fires up (did replace fuel pump last year) and powers everything nicely when needed Nice storage inside Under carriage storage with plastic bins, I replaced some door seals on those last year, few to go
Newer (2-3yrs) old awning that spans almost full length of RV - works nice, manual operation
No water damage other than what we saw during storm and fixed as mentioned, solid everywhere I have seen.
Reconditioned roof toward end of last year, resealed as precaution around AC unit, vents etc. . with caulk
Brand new never used 12V battery (has total of 2) Comes with ~50lbs of propane you don"t have to buy and nearly 40 gallons of gas :) We looked at new ones as rookies to RV life and couldn"t justify spending so much money. Looked into renting but that was $1500-2000 for a week. So, figured this route to buy a nice used one which this is to get a taste and enjoy for a few years would be good plan.
