Vehicle description
2000 Fleetwood Bounder with 50,329 miles and a clean Massachusetts title. Used once by us to move across country, this 37-footer drives great. Tons of room for comfortable living. One slide-out in dining area. Even with slide in, good movement space.
Old carpeting removed. Now has laminate flooring which is very easy to clean with built in vacuum. Onan 5k generator works great. New captains" chairs and triple couch/lounger. Newish toilet, 2 newish batteries, roof replaced in 2013, one a/c replaced in 2010.
We did not use water system nor did previous owner so it will need to be checked and possibly need some repair. You will also need a new mattress. (We bought a regular queen and it is an RV queen. It was so comfortable we moved it into the house.) Numerous upgrades and lowered price should balance that out.
We used the heat which worked great but since it was winter did not use the AC. That"s all the honest truth I know. It is a wonderfully comfortable living space and a smooth ride. We love this RV but no longer need it. We hope you enjoy it!
Lowered Price: We also did not use the hydraulic leveling jacks and they do not seem to be working right now. Not sure if it is because it is below freezing or what. We paid $19,000 and NADA has the average price (without listing the removal of old carpet and new captain"s chairs, couch and recliner) at
$15,150. So I"m knocking a chunk off that.
Additional Features:
-microwave
-cooking range
-oven
-combo washer/dryer
-roomy shower
-backup camera
-tons of cabinet space
-pass-through storage underneath
-three awnings
-drop-down steps
-sweet Onan generator
-built in vacuum
-laminate floors (no stinky carpet)
-storage under bed
-good juju :D
VERY IMPORTANT UPDATE: We are expecting a major winter storm to hit Monday, March 11 lasting a few days. The roads here are very sloppy mud so it may take a week to get this to pavement.
