| “This is a rare 30' self contained Airstream well maintained and in clean shape. Onan 3600LP MicroQuiet gen (125 hrs.) is in outstanding condition. Two 12V batteries are dead from lack of use. Skin is in exceptional condition for its age with noticeable front minor nics from road debris on front panel guards. All tires still have over half thread and spare tire is still new, has never touched pavement. Trailer hitch, stabilizers, friction sway control, tire chocks and outrigger spin wrench included. New water pump, RV ball level, florescent light bulbs. Holding tanks have been serviced and release valves rebuild. DuoTherm air/heat pump, central furnace, water heater electric/gas, stove, microwave (no display), roomy electric-gas refrigerator/freezer: all in great working condition. Oak build cabinets in excellent conditions with three cider lined closets. Radio stereo system and cable TV hookup. This is a self contained 2000 Airstream Excella 30" Travel Trailer. It is one of very few with a factory installed Onan 3600LP MicroQuiet Generator. The generator only has 126 hrs. and is in great running condition. So you don"t have to be loading and unloading bulky generator with gasoline. The generator alone costs $4000 plus installation. Please see pics carefully, the inside is in a fairly well taken care of condition for its age, it is not mistreated. But it is an 18 yr. old RV. We installed a lamenated floor to replace carpet and with time some paneling became slightly visually separated but it is good condition. Upholstery, mattresses and drapes have always been protected. The galley double sink has some minor paint chips that have been repaired nicely but for your info. Propane stove, central furnace, refrigerator/freezer, water heater (electric/propane), refrigerated AC unit/heatpump and water heater (electric/propane) are all in good working condition. It also comes with microwave oven that has an unreadable display and otherwise works fine also.
Six persons can sleep in comfort with two twin beds in master bedroom, the dinette table and seats convert to regular bed and sofa unfolds into a nice comfortable bed also. There are three mirrored wardrobe closets that are both lighted and cedar lined. All the windows are tinted and there is a full set of matching curtains and two way blinds. The bathroom is in the middle with a standing shower with seat, sink, and toilet. All oak cabinetry is in vintage perfect condition.This RV can be powered by outside 120V power source, self contained or 12V battery system. The current batteries are dead from lack of use. We didn"t replace them because we don"t usually use batteries. We either hookup 120V source or use generator. The holding tanks have been serviced and release valves rebuild. All new inside florescent light tubes (12) installed. Exterior skin is in very nice condition with minor signs of age and use. There are front dings on road guard panels acquired from road debris and clear coat has a few expected minor abrasions also from age and use. There are two small sections of rub rail rubber molding that have come loose and missing. All awnings are good and untethered and mechanisms work fine all around. There is minor rust on body frame. Equipped with 30 Amp service cord and comes with a 120V 15 Amp adapter plug that can be connected to a regular residential outlet if necessary. All tires still have over 50% thread life and spare tire is new and has never touch pavement. Original propane tanks were replaced with regular tanks to comply with new safety valves ruling which disabled inside electric fuel meter. All clearance lamps, brake lights, directional lights are in working order. Electric jack is working fine and 4 trailer jack stands.
Documentation includes respective manuals for 2000 Airstream Excella RV, Onan 3600LP MicroQuiet Generater, and all other installed electrical and gas appliances. Trailer is fully owned without liens, keys and clear title in hand. This has been a great second home for me and my wife. She pulls beautifully and is aero-dynamic. We have decided to let her go due to health and age issues. There"s nothing like an Airstream.
