Bought this camper a year ago knowing it needed some work. Paid $3000 for camper and put $1000 into it. Still needs work. Back wall and floor in bunk bed area needs replaced still and on the slide ceiling needs a chunk repaired. Everything works. First thing i did the next day of getting camper was recaulk and seal the roof to stop any more leaks. Found out a few mo ths after in major rain storm that the slide seal leaks. Had RV tech come out and take a look at slide and fridge. He said fridge needed frion and that the slide seal needed replaced to stop the leaking. I then hooked up the water to see if it worked. Found out toilet was busted an leaked and a few pipes. Bought and replaced the pipes and toilet. Lots of storage. Water heater works, stove works, AC works, every light and socket works even the radio works. The only problem is that i dont have the title. I only have the bill of sale from the gentlemen i bought it from. Iv spoken with the tag office and they told me it would be 150 to 200 to get the title. I never bothered to get the title becuz i was desperately in need of a place to live and it was going on private property and planned to keep it there. This camper has been lived in the last 12 months.
