Vehicle description
We have built a wonderful home for your traveling needs. We decided a treehouse on wheels was best for this build and could be yours! We filled this bus with the capability of being completely off-grid or on-grid depending on your needs! This bus is equipped with a 48V Solar set up, eight 250 watt solar panels, a 5k lithium ion battery, smart inverter controller combo with MPPT. Solar has been professionally installed as well as the electrical. We also added nature"s Head composting toilet in its own bathroom. There is a propane stove with a 40 lbs tank, as well as a 100-gallon freshwater tank under the master bed with LOADS of storage. We have purchased ceramic (top-of-the-line window tint) to be put on the windows that reduce heat by 25 degrees. To help with the window heat as well we have blackout curtains. On top of the heat control, we have put insulation within all the walls and insulated heavy-duty flooring. To distribute the weight we added a tile shower to hold the back of the bus making for a much more comfortable drive! We included a 40-gallon gray water tank underneath with an RV release valve. Will Include two AC units, one roof model and one mobile. Lastly we added Brand-new tires all around. These are staged photos and will not included what isn"t listed such as the clothes, bed, plug in fan. We drove the school bus from NM to AZ with no problem at all. Our diesel mechanic took a look and said everything is great! It’s holding a Detroit engine with an automatic Alison transmission with an upgraded suspension. The current mileage is 133,xxx with no plan on going up since we won’t be moving it until final sale. Not included in the listing there is a tankless water heater by Marey but there is an issue and the company doesn’t have a tech that can come out all this way. We were going to have it fixed during our first travel but now plans changed due to a new job. We also include a skylight that isn’t listed in the listing. As for projects left there are a few windows that need resealed (super simple process). Entry door has crack in the bottom right glass panel. The speedometer and odometer stoped working recently. Hasn’t been driven much but for mechanics and tire shops. There is some mild surface rust but nothing a bus in a wet climate hasn’t seen. We will include our bucket of rust stop and cans of Rust-Oleum to make the fix be easy and done right. The surface rust on the inside has been take care of!
