This Rialta 22 QD has been an awesome road trip vehicle but our road tripping days are done for a while and so we need to sell her. The Rialta is easy to drive and fits in nearly any parking space. Plenty of get up and go! It gets fantastic gas mileage (we get from 15 - 18 mpg, depending how you drive it). There are only 50,045 miles on it. The Rialta has seat belts for 8 passengers and beds for 3 to 4 people. It’s on a 98 Volkswagen EuroVan Chassis. It’s powered with a fuel injected 2.8 liter, V6 engine and we added a transmission cooler. It runs great! You will find the interior to be in fantastic condition, no smoking or pets. The front seats have been reupholstered in a light gray and match the rest of the interior beautifully. The companion lounge seats are very comfortable, have seat belts, a good view, storage underneath and convert to a bed measuring 42”X74” Behind the lounge seats is the Winnebago award winning, telescopic bathroom. The walls pull out/collapse to give you a bathroom which takes up virtually no space. The bathroom contains a flush toilet, a fold down sink, storage/medicine cabinet with mirrored doors and a shower. The kitchen includes a recently serviced, 3 way refrigerator (we only used it on battery or electricity). A flip-up countertop extension allows room for cooking. There is a propane cook top and a microwave oven as well as a sink. Below the cooktop and sink is a cabinet and large drawer for storage. The cab includes a lighted wardrobe closet and a vent with a fan. The coach and cab A/C both work very well and cools the interior quickly. In the back of the coach is a dinette/booth underneath the big back window. The table stows allowing for more room in the coach. The seats easily and quickly convert to a bed measuring 50”x79”. There are numerous overhead storage bins above the kitchen, booth and companion seats. We have maintained the Rialta in a garage. The exterior is in very good condition, with only minor wear and fading. It looks good and you will be proud to drive this rig. It attracts a lot of attention. The Rialta measures, 21’8” long,8’6” tall (with the air conditioner) and is 7’4” wide. It has a 21 gallon gas tank. It will hold 20 gallons of fresh water, 9 gallons of gray water and 13 gallons of black water. There is a 7 gallon LP capacity. There is exterior storage, an exterior shower and a sidewinder awning which is in good shape and functions well. There is a tow hitch. This vehicle has always passed Colorado emissions. Included is the VIN verification, owners manuals for the Winnebago and the Euro Van, Carfax reports from the date of manufacture to date of our purchase in 2015. The cruise controls functions intermittently and generator does not work (we never tried to use it and always stayed where there was electricity).
