“This is a 1999 Winnebego Rialta. I put new tires on it 2 years ago in anticipation of a Pacific coast vacation, and family got sick, so I was unable to go. I replaced the transmission last year and had them put new cylinders in because there was a misfire code. They tuned-up the generator. Put new flooring in the entryway for me. Replaced the shower hoses inside and out, put a new kitchen faucet in it for me (high rise style) All new belts and hoses 2 years ago also. Replaced all fuel lines in the generator and new carb when they did the tune up. 2 year old flat screen tv. All of this professionally installed by AZ RV service in Paola, Kansas. We are planning a big trip to Florida next summer and the kids and grandkids would like to go, so we can either take this motorhome and stay in motels along the way as it seats 8 or if I sell it, I will get something just a tad bit bigger. This is the dinette (turns into bed) plus 4 captain seats version. I am not taking everything” |

Vehicle description
The driver and passenger seat turn to face the living area. The Fridge components to work on battery/electric and propane have all been replaced to work on all 3. It was working on electric and propane, but it was all gone over and works great now. The spare was also replaced when I had the new tires put on 2 years ago. Always stored inside my barn that I had built for it. I am the 3rd owner, but the 1st bought it brand new and a family member was the 2nd owner. It does have some weathering on the outside, but the body and roof are in great shape with no leaks. My son put eternabond on the roof for me when we bought it and came down a little far on the driver"s side. I had a sticker over it, but it came off. I did not try to get it off as that stuff is incredible. We put clear tape over the window that the drivers size window as it was by the car seat and the grandson would open it while I was on the freeway. It is not broken it was just to keep him from opening it and I never open the window there so I left it on. When I bought it, I had all new belts and hoses put on. I had the rv place put new faucets and shower heads/hoses on inside and outside the RV, new flooring in entryway last winter. The tires have almost no miles on them as I was unable to go anywhere last year except a small weekend trip. Spare was also replaced with a new tire also. It has been inspected for any serious rust underneath and passed inspection. New transmision 2 years ago for over 7,000.00 to replace it. Had a cylinder misfire this spring and I had all of that replaced and generator all tuned up as I thought we could go again this summer and I had to help my son care for his puppies. No animals were every in the Rv. We do not smoke either. I will get the exact miles. Brand new house batteries and I think coach battery is only a year old, I cant remember but I travel alone a lot so I try to keep everything in top running condition. Cant be stranded with a toddler in the middle of no where. So even tho this is a 1999 it has been very well taken care of. The rv place appraised it at 40,000 for my insurance company, so it was properly insured. Even tho I know NADA does not value them that way, that is why I had to have it appraised. They just keep going up in value. I will add photos after I get a confirmation of the listing from my phone. There is a tiny star chip in the windshield that was repaired bu you can still see it does not affect your view
The only faults that I am aware of are the front seats I cant remember if it is both the driver seat and passenger or just driver seat as I put seat covers on them it had tears in them. The outside could use detailing so it will shine beautiful again. It has the black streaks from last trip and needs a good wax. The pin stripes were faded, but I had someone paint over them, looks better but not perfect. I think there may be a tiny chip or something in the back bumper, but again it is 19 years old, I was more concerned with mechanical stuff then the outside. I always wanted to have a detailer do it, but never got around to it. Pictures are not the best as I did not pull it out of the barn. Im going to see if I have better ones and upload them this evening. It has 1 roof air and then the main dash air and the aux back air that runs from dash air.
I can pick up at (MCI) Kansas City International airport. I don"t fly, so I can"t personally deliver, but we can discuss that later.
