This RV is in excellent condition and is fully self contained within its 22-foot length. It is as easy to drive and park as a big SUV. It seats up to 8 with belts and sleeps 3-4. The Volkswagen V6 engine produces between 15 and 18 mpg. The recently rebuilt automatic transmission shifts smoothly and is warranted for 3 years or 36,000 miles. Features include power steering, brakes, windows, mirrors and locks. It also has cruise control, am/fm/cd radio and analog TV with antenna and booster. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, sink, 2-burner stove and microwave. The bathroom has a lavatory, shower, toilet and medicine cabinet. Parking lot damage to the right rear bumper (see photo) does not affect driving. It has a generator, a Freedom II awning and manuals for the vehicle and all appliances. The Continental tires and spare all have good tread remaining and are ready to go anywhere. Please remember, this is not a new vehicle. It has some sun fading on the decals and a stone chip here and there. There are only 93,500 miles on the clock and no smoke or other odors.
