Vehicle description
Its a VW motor, coach built by Winnebago, and they call it a Rialta. Small enough to fit in a regular parking spot (well, almost), yet big enough to go where the big rigs go. Strictly all highway miles, we are 2nd owner. We have gotten up to 19 mpg! Drives like a car, smooth as can be on bumps. Class III hitch on back. Air bags for ride control height if needed, new rear shocks. All 4 tires are brand new-not from mileage, but dry rot from age and sun. Lower coloring is sun faded, but can be buffed out to shine. Roof is clean, no leaks. Also has an outside shower set up (factory item). Inside is immaculate- microwave, 3 burner stove, oven, sink, fridge/freezer ( operates on gas, electric or battery). Skylight (new outer dome; old one was sun faded). Takes two deep cycle rechargeable batteries for aux lighting- they are about 4 yrs old. Roof top A/C unit, Generac generator (with about 14 hrs on it). Hot water tank gets heated while driving, so its always hot while traveling. Dark (factory) tinted windows, with shades. Rear dinette sits 4, and fold to a bed for two. I am 6" tall, the bed is plenty big enough- although inside height is only about 5"8". Closet for hanging clothes, drawers under refrigerator and sink. Front 3 seats all swivel; middle seat has fold out table in front of it. Bathroom walls pull out for privacy, or inside shower use. Cruise control, AM/FM/CD stereo in dash. Rear bumper needs repair, I backed up too far. . Undercarriage is clean/ typical surface oxidation. Current NYS inspection.
