Vehicle description
1999 WINNEBAGO ADVENTURER 35C For sale is a complete “ PACKAGE ”. My wife and I bought the RV in 2010 and have used it ever since on vacations and during winters in Florida. We bought it with 27000 miles on it and now it has 50500 miles. The ONAN 5000 generator have only 438 hours on it and is running great. As an extra the RV do have an air-suspension system. NADA Average retail price is 15.150 $ As our grandchildren now live in Germany, we will use our future winter vacations in the southern part of Europe instead of warm Florida – that is why we are selling the complete package. We will be leaving on February 14 for Europe so the RV should be picked up before that and not sooner than February 10. The RV is changed to linoleum inside instead of carpets and Samsung 32" HD TV incl. Samsung Blue Ray Disc Player in the front with Surround Sound, and in the bedroom, there is a Samsung 22" HD TV and a regular DVD player. The RV is a non smoking RV and no pets. The front Air Condition is changed in 2015 and all tires are changed in 2014, last service made at 46000 miles. Awning and cover for slide-out are changed in January 2017. All batteries are changed in January 2017. As the RV is from 1999 it has some issues – all of them are fixed continuously and everything are working fine. I have tried to describe the issues the best I can. The microwave does not have digits in the instrument but is working fine. There has been a leak in the roof before we bought it and you can see some shields on the ceiling as well as the wall/ceiling have a minor damage. There are some marks at the floor and places where the linoleum is a little damaged One of the leveling jacks (back left) need a new spring (having difficulty in getting up by itself immidiately) It has some visual damages outside - see pics. The side mirrors were sloppy and they have been stabilized with a piece of metal and is working perfect The roof windows over the bath have been cracked and are repaired (see pics) The generator was running perfect last year we used it but the starter needs to be looked at as it do not go in. There is a minor leak from the grey holding tank and is dripping a little. Some of the luggage doors are not perfect as they cannot stay open by itself but work fine. All small damage/problems with the motorhome has been fixed regularly, mostly by repairing the existing material. As we are leaving US everything are included: Complete BlueOx set (we have had a Wrangler Jeep behind), Carrier for small scooter, fireplace for outside use, all kitchenware etc., Indoor electrical heater, newer Weber gas grill, 2+2 outside chairs and a little table, outside carpet, Navigation system, many DVD’s for the cold and rainy days :-), Complete tool set for repair, Bulbs and spare parts etc., battery charger, cleaning equipment, vacuum cleaner, outside color lightning and much much more - even a Canon printer for use when traveling :-) You are very welcome to come to Nokomis, FL and see the RV before bidding and pls. contact me if you have any questions (email easiest or phone) I will be happy to send you more pictures if you send me an email. As we have paid for the site at the fantastic Royal Coachman RV park in Nokomis until March 31 you will be able to leave it there and use it from mid February until end March free of charge. Happy bidding and we hope the next owner will have just as many fantastic hours in this Motorhome as we have had.
