Fully self contained with fresh water tank, grey and black water tanks, sink/shower/toilet "bump in", 2 burner stove, microwave, kitchen sink,small refrigerator (electric or propane), outside shower option, on board 2.8 KW Onan generator, 19k BTU furnace, 7.1K BTU roof A/C. on board propane, front and rear A/C, front and rear heat, plus propane furnace, electric water heater with "heater assist", rear digital TV picks up all stations in area automatically, New Continental tires, New coil, wires and plugs last year. Tons of overhead bin storage. and storage below beds. Drives like a van, parks like a van, better gas mileage than a van. 20 mpg average. Sony AM/FM/CD with remote and removable face plate, trailer hitch on back. Full size spare tire. Also a few other extras in the rear lockable compartment. . . This Winnebago has been through a complete mechanical inspection, Virginia current State inspection sticker and has no major problems or concerns, 11-17-2017 New brakes/rotors. New coil, plugs and wires in 2016. . .this service done at local VW Dealer. This coach is equipped with a Volkswagon V6 engine backed by an automatic transmission. Drives great down the highway at 70 MPH with fuel economy that is unmatched by any other class C motor home.

This Rialta"s gas mileage and setup are perfect for 2 people and the design is ergonomic and efficient., low 11" step in at side door. Two burner gas stove. Sink with retractable faucet. Bathroom with toilet, sink, medicine cabinet and full shower. Closet, multiple drawers, cabinets and storage space throughout., bed flips up for 20" deep storage area. So much light and air thanks to the cross ventilation windows and skylight. New storage batteries 3 yr ago . New brakes 11-17-2017. One of the reasons we wanted a Rialta is that it drives like a big van and at only 21 feet can fit into standard parking spots. This creates great ease of travel. The full size beds are particularly extremely comfortable. You can see that the front seats spin to open up the space, and to make a dining area (last picture).
