We gutted the inside and replaced the floors and kitchen side walls. We"re basically using it as storage at this point. Heating and cooling works, all electric works, kitchen cabinets and sink needs to be reinstalled.
It has 3 bunks and enough room for a King size bed and tons of cabinets for storage. It has an awning that opens but there are small cracks and holes in it.
Heavy duty sway bar and hitch system included!
