This 1999 40" Teton Royal is a very nice example of the type of RV of which Teton has always been famous. In 1999 the Teton Royal was considered the best all weather RV available. Everything works. It has heated tanks, both 12V and 120V. It has an inline 240V 50AMP G.F.I. A new 120V and propane water heater. A new potty. Both A/C"s are heat pumps, centrally controlled. 6 new tires on ground with a new spare with no miles. Brakes and bearings serviced less than 500 miles ago. At the same time all 6 Mor-Ryde rubber springs were changed. It has two 50 AMP supply cords. It also has a new power supply battery charger. This model came from the factory with a double rubber roof and the gentleman I got it from several years ago appears to have put a third layer on it and not very smoothly. The white fiberglass exterior is very good. It also has 5 color Dometic awnings, all in excellent condition. All the storage compartments are clean and nice. All stereo units work very nicely, with a Bose 5+1 sound system. There is a water purifier under the kitchen sink with a line to the faucet at the sink and a line to the residential fridge for the icemaker. The stack washer and dryer work very well. All interior shades and drapes are excellent and upholstery in undamaged. All glass is tinted double. Large skylight in living room ceiling with electric draw shade. There is an almost new Yamaha 3000 watt Boost Generator that goes with it.
