16" Awning (New in 2018)
Dual entry doors (safe and convenient) Recent DSI 6 gallon Water Heater New tires last summer (2018) Electric Brakes Anti-Sway and Weight distribution mounts
Roof re-sealed in 2017 - Inspected twice a season - re-caulked as needed with Dicor sealant.
New flooring, framing and floor in rear New carpet in front bedroom Electric / Propane fridge Stove and Oven Dual basin stainless sink w/ sprayer Shower w/ skylight and light Bathroom sliding window Roof A/C Propane Furnace w/ recently replaced ducting
approx. 4500lbs Dry, 5500lbs loaded.
Travel Trailer is in very nice condition. All appliances are in working order. Cushions are in good shape, just steam cleaned last fall. RV is leak free, roof and edging were completely re-sealed in 2017. Side edging was removed and new Butyl tape layered as well as Dicor sealant along the edges.
This RV in the last few years has made trips throughout the mid-west. It is a great layout as the bathroom is away from the bedroom which allows for privacy and makes the interior much more spacious.

Overall it is in good shape for its age. Only negative would be the Lexan window at the dinette. (Most glass places can cut a new piece of glass, it never bothered me) It has been well maintained however it is 20 years old, it will not be 100% perfect.
