LQ Features: For sleeping space there is a 6" sleeper sofa, and a bed in gooseneck. A/C, and a LP Furnace 6 gallon LP hot water heater Bathroom with a toilet and shower. The kitchen includes a 6.0 fridge/freezer, double sink, 2 propane cook burners. Mangers and LQ Pass through door. With 2 deep cycle batteries, and all tanks recently replaced.

Beneath gooseneck : 2 LP tanks, Electric Jack, spare tire, 2 stabilizer jacks.
Horse area 8 "wide x 7" tall. Full height stud divider on first stall, with escape door on first stall, and door to living area. All divider padding is in great shape. Walls rubber lined to 4" high. 3 Drop down windows with bars on drivers side. 3 Mangers with storage beneath. Collapsible rear tack. Hay rack on top with ladder. Two 7000 lb axles, Loading lights, 16" tires. This trailer has been kept under cover and is in good shape.
