Full sized bed and pull out, sleeps 4 The title is clear. The AC runs with the electricity, the heat and stove run on propane but I haven’t used the stove in the couple years I"ve had it. The microwave works and water runs which includes all sinks, the shower and toilet. The roof had a leak that was repaired, if snow sits on it it still leaks a little so that could use some caulking. There is a rip on one of the cushions at the table. The mattress was new when I bought it 2 years ago. Tires are in good shape.
