Hello rv shopper , here is a great running and driving top of the line 1999 Safari Serengetti ,40 foot, this is a top line model . I am a car dealer in south texas and I just acquired this rv from a lender. We drove it home 250 miles and it runs great . The safari is made out of aluminum and they look good . This one has like new 22.5 tires, it has air brakes, air ride, clean windshields, cold dash air conditioning, it has the quiet diesel generator, has a slide out that works fine, it is mechanically sound .The coach has some body issues, it has a scrape on the driver side rear , that can be repaired or left the way it is see picture, it had and has roof leaks it appears and the inside headliner is stained in several places , there is some interior wood damage behind the front passenger seat , see picture, the sofa sleeper was removed and a storage box and cabinets added but easy to change out , the rv needs cleaning, but all that said the ac and appliances seem to work great, this is not a guarantee ! it includes the owners manuals which is a big plus , it only has 60550 miles, the generator shows 1257 hours, the side compartments all latch . the front bumper has been repainted In rhino liner but looks ok, the generator slides out the front for service but I can not figure out if it is manual or automatic? the transmission is the Allison automatic and it works nice. THIS IS A GREAT MOTORHOME VALUE THAT DESERVES SOME WORK DONE TO IT, it is not perfect but with some tlc and cleaning in the right places it will be awesome . fly in drive home . sold as is , subject to local sale any questions call jay at 956 64 2669 ebay only allows 24 pictures .
