The rv has approx 56000 miles. It has a beautiful interior but the outside has seen better times. The design of the awning led to some leakage between the aluminum panel and the plywood sheathing. This was repaired once, but the leak recurred. Due to the recurrence, the awning was removed and the siding patched. It is acceptable, but the work is not perfect and the price reflects this lack of perfection. Additionally, there is a spot on the driver side front near the headlight whee the motorhome was hit and there is damage to the fiberglass. Similarly on the rear passenger side there was some damage that could use a little repair. The last item worthy of mention is damage to one of the passenger side compartment doors. I keep the door closed with a ratchet strap, I have not tried to have it repaired.
The engine runs very well. I have owned this machine for five years and had no mechanical issues with engine or transmission.
there is a propane generator that is almost 5KW and is adequate for everyday needs.
The interior is in very good condition. There is 32" LCD TV in the front and a small CRT TV in the back. The stove works fine, microwave does not. No plumbing issues, the washer is not currently connected because it was going to be removed for added storage space.
