1999 Pace 48" Wide Mouth Enclosed Trailer w/ Living quarters. This trailer is taller and wider than your typical race trailer. It also has a beaver tail that when paired with the taller rear door and fold out ramp can accomidate just about any vehicle with clearance issues. It was originally a pro Stock Motorcylce trailer outfitted by Salvador Coaches. It has the onan 7k generator with cabin start and hour meter. Hot water heater for the shower and a TV mount on the wall. The garage is 100% segregated from the living quarters with no through way. The AC unit blows cold, the unit has always been winterized by local RV Center as well. It has (3) 8k dexter torsion axles. The front axle was replaced 4 years ago with a complete hub to hub unit from dexter. Aluminum wheels and full size spare in floor. The interior white aluminum panels are newer (6 yrs old). Several overhead cabinets, bench top space, and full size vertical closets. Polished Stainless rear frame and front radius. This is not your standard trailer you see, this is the wide mouth, which is extremely hard to find. Trailer Tows great and has a Gooseneck on it currently. Clear Title in my name.
