We bought this motorhome used 5 years ago and it had a new roof and all new tires at that time. We bought it in Arkansas because we wanted one from the south so we"d know it hadn"t been on salted roads. It drives and rides like a dream. We replaced it with another Dutch Star by Newmar because we are impressed with the quality of workmanship on these coaches. We had a new water heater installed a little over a year ago. It does need a fantastic fan in the kitchen, it was missing this when we bought it. We had planned to replace it, just never got around to it. Besides the big awning, there is an awning over every window and the slide out.
