Vehicle description
This is a project vehicle for the buyer. It hasn"t been used in a couple of years. The front roof seal had a leak. The EPDM roof should be pealed off and replaced as well as the underlayment (luan 1/4 plywood) because it is soft in some places. There had been a mouse issue. There may be some delamination at the front right siding panel.
Even though we used a gasoline treatment before storing it, we would highly recommend that the buyer tow it from the property and drain the fluids before starting it.
I do not want to give the impression that this is immediately usable. It will require work to get it ready for use. It has some scuffs at the corners. It is not to be considered as being in good shape. It is sold as-is, where-is, no refunds.
That being said here"s why you should consider this. The length (30") and layout of a small class A like this gets into almost all of the parks. It is only 10.5" tall - short enough for almost all the off-highway overpasses and light enough for almost all bridges. It has more basement storage than a class C, but not as much as those huge deisel models. It DOES NOT have a slide out and slide-outs can cause mechanical trouble. If you"re looking for a Class A that will get you to the backroads, this is the footprint and model that should interest you.
The motor (Vortec 5.7) and frame (P-30) are good. The suspension has adjustable air bags. The systems work (plumbing, electrical). On-board Propane tank. Forced air furnace. Dual roof-mouint air conditioners. It"s set up for 3 house batteries and 1 motor battery. The carpeting has been replaced with vinyl plank flooring.
The person that owned this before me upgraded the graphics so that it looks more contemporary than other 1999 SeaBreezes.
We added a new awning and haven"t really used it. It has a sleep number bed with each side separately controlled. Comes with a RoadMaster Sterling All-Terrian towbar, rear stone apron, Coleman Roadtrip propane stove with grill and griddle inserts, miscellaneous hoses, hook-ups, etc.
