This RV is in really good condition and low miles for the year, It only has 64k on the clock, It comes with a roof that was resealed last year, new toyo tires that have less than 1k on them. All the batteries are 2 years old and have been on a charger every time it has been sitting. No leaks from the roof, the propane generator starts and works, both A/C units on the roof blow nice and cold. The A/C upfront blows cold as well. The only thing that needs work is the hydraulic leveling system, I believe it needs a pump. Other than that everything works great, has always been winterized properly.
