Very nice condition. Just drove it on a 2000 miles cross-country trip last fall and had no problems. It is ready for the highway! We bought this in 2010 with 37,000 miles on it. We used it for cross-country travel and snow-birding.
There are three general categories for RV"s:
Vacationer - low quality
Snow-Birding - medium quality. This is an snow-bird type RV.
Full-Timer - high quality
The Good:
coach batteries replaced in 2016
6 tires replaced in 2010 (they have 21,000 miles on them)
refrigerator replaced in 2012
Roof recoated in 2015 with EPDM liquid rubber
Both front windshields and rubber trim just replaced with brand new items this year.
All maintenance up to date
I"ve used only full synthetic motor oil for every oil change
Flat screen TV
DVD and VHS player
5-star safety rating - not many meet this standard.
Wide chassis
Ford V-10 Triton engine
It has a cover but it has a few small rips
It has four white vinyl tire covers
The Bad:
no microwave
no generator
carpeting in torn in a couple spots.
