I never thought this day would come, but it is time to sell my motorhome. She has sailed many a roads of this vast continent but the reigns must pass to her new owner. This ship has sailed and we must part ways. The RV is a 1999 Monaco Signature 42" One slide out motorhome. Some of the specs are:

If you have ever bought an RV from a used dealer then you know the salesman pitching you doesn"t have a clue about the Motorhome they are selling you. Literally every motorhome is unique and has its own issues that only the owner can tell you. Sure there are a ton of great RV techs that can fix anything, but they need to know what the issues are first. With just one of many motorhomes sitting on a lot, good luck knowing about any particular RV on their lot! Its literally a shot in the dark and they will tell explain all positive upsells while conveniently looking over important issues like genny hours, tire age, and roof condition. I am a private seller and the second owner of this motorhome. I bought the Monaco 4 years ago, I know every nook and cranny of this RV and will happily share all I know with any. All house equipment has been maintain properly, yearly insepected and serviced and is in working order. There is some minor fiberglass body damage around the house battery holding area that can be easily repaired. The diesel burner heater (which I have never used) needs to be replaced if you want diesel heat and there is some cracking in the exterior paint in some places. Aside from that the motorhome is in great shape, especially for a 1999.
