Nice camper in good, usable condition with plenty of room. BIG slide out in the main living/kitchen area, makes this camper extra roomy and comfortable. Has a fold out couch and a big chair, stereo with speakers throughout. Big kitchen with full size fridge, stove, microwave. Plenty of counter top area and cabinets for storage. Theres a dinette that folds out into a bed.
Nice full bathroom with tub and shower Master bed with a full size gueen bed, closets and plenty of storage. Bunk beds for the kids Theres plenty of room in this camper and its in nice condition but will need some repairs It was being used regularly last summer season and everything works. Heat,hot water, AC, plumbing, etc.

Please bid only if you are SURE YOU WANT THIS CAMPER and are able to do some basic repairs that are needed There are some vinyl floor tiles that are no longer sticking among other things needing attention I would plan to recoat the roof as well with silver mobile home or RV roof paint Plan to bring a spare tire, a floor jack and temporary lights as I dont know if the towing lights work You can buy towing lights for about 30 dollars at Lowes, Home Depot or most auto parts stores. NO RESERVE on this auction as I need to sell this camper and several others quickly.That said it must sell for a mutually fair price or I reserve the right to cancel sale. Title included. I am not expecting a high price sale just fair to both of us, which I am sure will work out to buyers advantage. Must be moved by End May or sooner.
Its a good solid camper and although it will need some repairs, I know that all was functioning and camper was being used on weekends up until sept. of 2018. This camper is functional but as you can guess not perfect so bid accordingly. Will be a great bargain for someone willing to do some repairs AGAIN . . bid only if you are sure you want the camper, can pay for it and come pick it up. Good luck and thank you
