1999 Jayco Designer 3230K Widebody (with slide). In good condition.
The Good: No LEAKS! ! ! 6 new tires Generac generator fully tuned up 51k miles All appliances in working order (water heater, fridge, microwave, stove top, etc.) New Caulking throughout New rubber roof coating applied over existing roof (roof showed signs of ageing so we freshened it up) Cold AC both dash and in cabin No leaks or wall rot. Missing clearance lights in rear already replaced after photos taken All lights inside and out in working order. Queen bed, dinette bed, sofa jackknife bed, twin bed in drawer that slides out from under entertainment center. Non smoking unit with no odors. Huge Bathroom for a Class C! Newly serviced hydraulic leveling jacks. The Bad: 3 small tears in awning (The photo with the hole in it is the largest of the three) can be easily patched Small tears in sofa and in dinette cushions. Dash AC stuck in defrost (this is a very common vacuum hose leak issue, google E450 ac stuck in defrost and you will find several videos on how to fix) No TV. Haven"t decided if we wanted to remove the entertainment center above the driver cabin. TVs are cheap, some people prefer a wall mounted flat screen and don"t want the big entertainment center. 3 small areas of delamination. One above driver door and one at each rear corner (see pics). I have a quote to repair all 3 to factory new for 1k.
