Everything works ,fridge, generator, Both Cab and house A/C blow cold, brand new Toyo tires1900 miles on them, brand new interstate batteries.). Awning is manual. Huge bunk with front window. Back Double, sleeps six Flat screen tv. Needs: New latch for the awning return, it works latch spring needs replacing, EGR valve Check engine light is on.122k on E450 Chassis with a Ford V-10 burns little to no oil,super strong. Oil change every 3000. All outside compartments latch just don"t lock. Latches are well used. Manual battery disconnects. Cosmetic damage just below and left of entry door. Rubber roof is currently not leaking but at the end of its life, It has a Onan 4000 generator that works but uses oil. Bought from original owner no accidents. I had intentions of using it but unexpected health conditions changed plans. Runs and drives very good, wouldn"t be afraid to drive it anywhere.
