I bought this to possible replace another RV I have. She liked my old one more due to the slides it has. This drives real well and everything I checked works as intended. I haven"t checked the large awning but can only assume it works. Haven"t ever used an awning on any RV I"ve had. This one also have awnings on the windows. I replaced the left front windshield, step motor and gears, carpet in the back and repaired the generator. Also the tires are all good. I wouldn"t be afraid to take this RV anywhere. It has Ford v-10 with plenty of power. I drove this from Orlando to Oklahoma without any problems at all. Reserve is set at what others have been bid to but didn"t meet there reserve. For the money don"t think you can beat this one. No stains on ceilings and no delamination on this Holiday Rambler as sides are aluminum and popped rivet to studs. Also think top is part metal, unable to climb the ladder due to physical injuries. Unbelievable large shower. Also have books on RV when it was new with all specs. May list locally so if sold I can cancel all bids and take down. If reserve is met will remove local listing.
