I am a private seller and the RV does have a loan. The payment must be completely cleared before the RV leaves my possession (yes there is still a clearing period for cashiers checks) I should have the title from the bank within about 2 weeks after paying the loan off. If you would like to see it in person before the auction ends we can set that up. A $500 non refundable deposit due immediately after the auction.
