Lightly used 5th wheel camper dry weight about 8200lb. Have a hitch for ford f250 which can be made available. Camper is in good overall condition with some minor blemishes. Heat and a/c operate, refrigerator operates on gas/110/12 VDC. New battery, pumps work, stove operates as it should, water heater checks out good. Lots of storage. Motor for front slide inoperative and can be manual cranked out or new motor be installed. Carpet faded in main area. Kitchen floor vinyl needs a replacement section. Underfloor: no evidence of soft spots or rot. Solid camper. Good dry roof.
