For sale is a 1999 Georgie Boy Encounter 38 foot motorhome. It is equipped with a 300hp Cat diesel engine and an Allison 6 speed automatic transmission with 74300 miles. It has one slideout that includes the living room and the dinette. New tires installed last year with less than 1000 miles on them. New batteries also installed last year. Large main awning and awnings over the windows and the door. Has two roof air conditioners, couch that lays flat into bed, two easy chairs, four chair dinette, and a queen bed in the rear. There is no signs of water damage anywhere inside that I can find. Also has a LP generator that runs and works well. I purchased it recently from the second owner who had it for the last 9 years. It was very well taken care of by them and is in good condition for its age compared to others of this year that I looked at. All appliances, air conditioners, and major systems work as they should. Recently into the dealer for a new serpentine belt and an air filter. I just drove it 100 miles and it runs great, goes down the road very nice, and has a lot of power. Two of the hydraulic leveling jacks need help coming up as the springs are getting weak. There is a chip in the windshield, see picture, it is far off to one side.
