This motor home is in excellent condition! The body has no major dings, dents, or scratches on it. The interior has no major wear, tears, or stains anywhere in it. This motor home runs and drives great. The tires on this unit are about 70%-75% tread remaining. The front tires are cupping a little bit, but they don"t shake or vibrate. The chrome simulators are in excellent condition. The generator works great, and has 2016 hours on it. I have had both air conditioning units checked and serviced. They work perfectly! The heating system was checked too, and functions fine. The slide out goes in and out just as designed. The roof, awning and roof vents are all in great shape. No leaks or anything from the roof. This unit features a Class VI hitch, and rock guard/shield for towing. This motor home also features the power entry step for easy entry.
