Vehicle description
1999 Forest River Georgetown 303 30" Class A Motorhome with 454 Chevy motor, automatic transmission, 89,007 miles, sleeps 6 (rear queen sized bed, table and pull out couch). Runs great. Onan generator, runs great. Tires in good shape! No sidewall cracks and good tread. Has back up camera, arctic pack (heated black grey tanks and water heater for nights the temps dip down to freezing), upgraded cabinet doors and lights, ceiling fan in back bedroom, outdoor shower. Lots of storage inside and out. All outside storage have lights and some have outlets. Two way refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, hidden safe, tv, vcr, antenna, updated tile, carpet and curtains. This motorhome is in nice mechanical shape with some things that need attention. Some of the drawer slides ends and window locks need to be replaced, along with a an outside storage latch- all things you can get on Ebay, Amazon or a camper dealer for less than $50, LP regulator may need to be replaced (I think- I might not be turning the gas on right)- take tank has l.p. in it. ., there is a tear in the fiberglass by door where some water has seeped in and there is some softness in the wall. All other walls are firm. This is something that developed over the winter and insurance won"t cover. There are no noticeable mold, mildew or "wet camper" smells. The electric step needs a bit of adjustment as well. This has been a great RV for out family and have enjoyed many trips in it. My husband passed away and I just don"t know enough about maintaining a full motorhome so we"re selling to buy a smaller pull behind. This is being sold AS IS. I have tried to be as forthright as possible in the listing and feel like I"m almost doing this motor home an injustice because it really is a very nice RV that is much more updated than most motorhomes of this year and has lots of years left in it! Buyer is responsible for pickup and necessary means of transport.
